This website is operated by Vualora ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Using the store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including their real specifications. Colors on screen can vary slightly. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if we do, we refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see your full card details.

4. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, returns, refunds and our 1-year warranty are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

5. Digital products

Ambience Scenes and Holiday Editions are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may keep and play the files on your own devices. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute them.

6. Third-party content

Beam can play content from other apps and devices. Streaming services and their content are not included and are provided by their own companies under their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Vualora name, logo, website design, text, images and videos belong to us and may not be used without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
