14 days to decide. If Beam or Veil isn't right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to return

• Email support@vualora.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Please don't send anything back before we reply: we'll give you the return address and instructions.
• Pack the item with its accessories (remote, power adapter, hanging kit) in its original packaging if you still have it.
• Send it back with a trackable service and share the tracking number with us.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and we've checked it, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover everything: write to us with a photo or short video and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for any shipping.

Items we can't take back

• Items that are damaged by misuse or missing parts.
• Digital products (Ambience Scenes and Holiday Editions) once the download link has been used. If a file doesn't work, write to us and we'll fix it or refund you.

1-year warranty

Beam is covered for 1 year from delivery against manufacturing defects. If it fails from a defect, we repair or replace it at no cost. The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, water damage or normal wear.
