Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

How long it takes

• Processing: orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days.
• Delivery: 2 to 6 business days after the order ships.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Around busy holidays, delivery can take a little longer.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Orders with more than one item

If you order Beam and Veil together, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Shipping is still free.

Digital products

Ambience Scenes and Holiday Editions are delivered by email as a download link right after purchase. Nothing is shipped.

Taxes and duties

Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. There are no extra import charges for US deliveries.

Problems with delivery 

If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, your package arrived damaged, or it says delivered but you can't find it, write to support@vualora.com and we'll sort it out.
